How To Make Drop Shadow in HTML or Photoshop

Open 2 image files: a background image and also the exposure or exposure object to that you would like to feature a drop shadow. this instance uses a digital paper as background and a cardinal applique because the exposure object.

Copy the exposure into the background image in order that the exposure or exposure object seems within the layer on top of the background layer.


In the Layers palette, choose the layer that contains the exposure or exposure object to that you would like to feature the drop shadow.

From the Windows menu, choose Effects to open the results palette.


In the Effects palette, click the Layer designs icon, then choose Drop Shadows from the drop-down list.


Select the Soft Edge shadow (or any sort you want) and click on Apply. The impact is applied and alittle fx image is more to the layer within the Layers palette.


To edit the drop shadow, double-click the fx image on the boss layer. the fashion Settings dialogue is displayed.


Adjust the settings as desired and click on OK.
